Who we are

The data controller is BBounce (Hugo Espenan, entrepreneur individuel) — SIREN 107 547 531 (bbounce.app). Contact: contact@bbounce.app.

Data we collect

Account: your email (via email sign-up or Google sign-in).
Content: videos you generate and images/sounds you import.
Usage: generation/export counts and plan status (for quotas and billing).
Billing: handled by Stripe. We never store your card number.

Why we use it (legal bases)

To provide the service and manage your account and subscription (performance of a contract), to secure the service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Processors

We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf under a data-processing agreement: Supabase (authentication & database), Cloudflare R2 (video storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it upon account closure or on request, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. invoices).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your saved videos directly in the app. To exercise your rights, contact contact@bbounce.app. EU users may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and sessions. With your consent, we also use analytics tools (Google Analytics and PostHog) to understand how the app is used; you can accept or decline these on your first visit, and change your choice anytime via the “Cookies” link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement that stores nothing on your device and only records anonymized page views (without URL parameters).
