Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Stripe customer portal).

What happens when you cancel

You keep access to your plan until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remaining part of a period already started.

Digital content

Because scenarios and videos are generated on demand and delivered immediately, exported content is considered delivered and is non-refundable once generated. You consent to this immediate delivery at checkout (see Terms §5).

Exceptions

If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days at contact@bbounce.app and we will review your case. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
