1. About BBounce

BBounce (“we”, “us”) is a service operated by BBounce (Hugo Espenan, entrepreneur individuel) — SIREN 107 547 531 , accessible at bbounce.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Contact: contact@bbounce.app.

2. The service

BBounce generates vertical “oddly satisfying” videos from physics simulations. Previewing is free; generating additional scenarios, exporting and saving videos require an account and may be subject to a plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to enter a contract in your country. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Plans, billing & free tier

• Guests can access scenario #1 only. Free accounts get 2 lifetime scenarios.
• Paid plans (Smart, Pro, Creator) are billed monthly or yearly (−20%) via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Quota is counted when you generate a new scenario. Prices are shown in EUR; applicable taxes may be added.

5. Cancellation & right of withdrawal

You may cancel anytime from your account; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. For EU consumers: because videos are digital content generated on demand and delivered immediately, by generating or exporting you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for content already delivered. 6. Your content & ownership

You own the videos you generate and the images/sounds you import. You grant BBounce a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for content you import and must hold all necessary rights to it.

7. Acceptable use

You must not upload or create illegal, infringing, hateful or abusive content, attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse free quotas through automation or multiple accounts.

8. Intellectual property

The BBounce name, logo and software are our property. These Terms grant you no rights to them beyond using the service.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited; nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
